When running loses belly fat?what other spots get tageted?chest?rib?back?

i Know when running every day keeping in shape loses belly fat that happens alot. but my question is if you run alot and do cardio can you lose fat on your sides and on your chest area? or do u lose fat everywhere?

  1. you lose body fat everywhere the whole time, its just that belly fat is more noticeable. you do stop losing fat once you reach your body's minimum required body fat (about 3%) which is the point where you start gaining weight since you are putting on muscle and no longer losing fat.


  2. You can't "spot decrease" fat. Any kind of cardio exercise has the ability to decrease total body fat. Belly fat is just usually the first on/first off.

    So, yeah, you lose fat everywhere (just not everywhere in a totally proportional manner).
