  1. Hi,

You should run on the balls of your feet. Please see reco from the following website.

Also, it is very important to train hard. It is also very important to pace yourself. I found this website very useful when I was training for the 800m. It is absolutely true that 2nd lap is most imp!

Hope this helps. Also the best-win it!!!

  3. Yeah, 800 m aint that long distance, so you wanna try to bounce on the bals of your feet. :)

  4. No you use a sprinting motion so stay on your toes and get some spikes.

  5. probably not.

  6. i always run on on the front of my feet, but that's just my running style but i am also a sprinter.

  7. don't run in heels, girlfriend, get some track spikes!

  8. I always thought you had to run on you're toes because it puts less weight on you're heels so you don't clomp your heel down making you slower. I have asma so I can't run for long distances.

  9. stay on ur toes if yo get on ur heals ur feet will ache

run a couple miles every day and do shuttle runs. thats my soccer conditioning work out

  10. no matter what your running you shouldnt have a major heel strike. It puts stress on your knees and ankles! Instead trying having the ball of your feet strike the ground. Then during sprints or kicks run more on your toes.

  11. no  using  your  foot  like  that  will slow  you  down
