When searched for a yahoo member the result is always nil regardless of what criteria i enter?

Question

example: i enter gender: female and country: philippines, answer is nil. I have tried filling in various boxes, sometimes 2 sometimes 3 and even entered a user name that i know is a member but search still tells me the result is nil, frustrating! I used to manage to get all these details up in the past, what could have went wrong
