Question:

When seawater is passed through a sieve is it still homogeneous?

i know together it's homogeneous, but when it's passes through a sieve are some of its components left behind on the sieve causing it to become heterogenous... i'm not sure and totally confused..

help please

  1. Seawater would pass thorugh a sieve and remain homogeneous, because all of the components are *dissolved* in the water, not suspended in the water.
