When selling aged rated movies and games?

Hi i just read that if someone in a shop sells aged rated item to a under - age person then the guy who sold it can lose their job / Be fined and also in the worst case can face time in jail.

It said that the only way to resolve this issue is by using ID and that is fine.

My question is what if the Under-age person used a fake id.

Who would get in trouple?

The person with the fake id because the store owner had no idea of it being fake. Why are you planning on getting a fake id or watever?

The particular types of I.D that are accepted are very hard to copy.

The person using the fake I.D would be committing a criminal offence and would be liable to prosecution.

In the UK the laws changed so the holder of the fake ID can get up to 10 years... but i think thats only in the worst cases.
