When selling on eBay, how do you add 'Buy It Now' to your item?

In the section where you specify a price, there is a button that says something like "add Buy It Now to your lisitng for a small fee".

When you are editing {or creating} your listing, at the part where it says "Choose how you'd like to sell your item", there are two tabs ~ "Online Auction" and "Fixed Price".

"Online Auction" allows you to have both 'Buy It Now' and auction {but, as I'm sure you know, once someone bids, the 'BIN' option goes}, and "Fixed Price" is 'Buy It Now' only.
