  1. Everything goes into the inner envelope, then you insert the whole inner envelope into the outer envelope.

    You have it correct!

  2. Yes, put everything into the inner envelope, then put the inner envelope inside the outer one.

  3. This should help:

  4. usually this is how i have received invites

a large outer envelope with the rsvp card in it and a self addressed stamped envelope

another envelope inside with the invite in that

so there will be 3 envelopes in total

  5. yes.

  6. YES, everything goes into the inner envelope, which is NOT sealed....then put the inner envelope into the outer envelope with the names, address, etc.

  7. I had to look this up when I sent out mine in June. you put your RSVP card, directions, accommodation information card etc. under the flap but not inside the of the stamped RSVP envelope you put that on top of your invitation and stuff it in the inner envelope facing out! you can informally address the inner envelope or leave it blank, then stuff the inner envelope in the outer envelope with the front facing out (this is so when they open it they are always getting the front of what is inside and nothing gets lost in the mess of paper!) then you formally address the outer envelope and you are done
