Question:

When seperateing the egg whites from the egg yolks by hand?

how do you know if you seperated them completely....or is it even possible will you get a little bit of yolk in the end anyway?

  1. hey there, when seperation by hand alternate slowly until there is no clear stuff in your hand, and if your wearing rings take them off.......if you think that you broke the yolk look in your hand and see if the yolk is round still , if not then it may be broken


  2. You won't separate them completely, there's always a little white left with the yolk.  If the yolk is unbroken there should be none in with the whites.  

  3. hold onto yolk and let eggs white fall thru your fingers into bowl

  4. Naw- just keep shifting the contents from each half of the shell to the other. The whites will fall into the bowl and the yolk will end up in the shell.

  5. I know two ways :   1.) Boil the egg first then separate them.

                                 2:) Crack a little spot on the egg then carefully tip

                                      it over use a fork to take all the egg white out.

    If I have to choose I'll do the first one :).
