When shopping online is there actually a bill sent to your billing address?

If I'm ordering something online, and paying through PayPal, is there actually a bill sent to my billing address? I'm just curious because my billing address doesn't match my shipping address.

It has been my experience that there is an invoice included with the shipment of the item.  It shows the item, how much it cost and that it was paid.  My billing and shipping address are the same.  It is my experience that Paypal will not ship to an address other than the billing address.  But then most of my Paypal transactions are on ebay, maybe that is why.

When you order from Avon, the products are shipped to you directly with the statement to pay by check, money, or even on-line, the statement or bill will be in with your order. Then mail your statement with your payment back to Avon unless you pay for it on-line.
