When should I ask her?! Please Help!!!!!!?

SO I like this girl right? And so as I was going to a friend's locker she came over and said hi and such...Then I'm on my way to football and she ask if I could talk so I went over and said Yeah what'd ya need? and She kissed me SO I'm thinking okay sweet I gotta go but I think i'll ask her for her number tomorrow...SO it's today right? and I'm real interested atm So I said do you like me as in more of a friend and she's said I dunno gotta get to know you more so I said okay And I asked do you have a boyfriend and she said no and bla bla bla and It came up one guy said he might ask her out next week so I'm bummed right? ANd towards the end of Lunch Her friend comes over and says are you (so and so) and I go Yeah I am why? and she said Oh your the one who she's been talkin bout...SO lol...So...She said no she got me mixed up with someone else...At health she kept lookin at the boy too so I know who it is...But...I like her and I care about her but I dunno when to ask her out cause she said he might ask her out next week so what day should I ask? Ty very much might add other details so come back every so often!!!

Go up to her in the hallway and say, "Look, I think you're really cute and I think we should hang out some time."

P.S: Beware, this girl kind of sounds like a flirt.  Just approach this relationship with a little caution.
