I dont really have my heart set on any schools but RIT and Colgate in New York are 2 im thinking about. Im going for engineering and wondering when i should start to prepare. 1. If you are a rising senior, then it is too late to start worrying about SAT, you shoudl've started studying years ago.  As someone also interested in engineering, I am interested in Rensaeler Polytechnic Institute right now

  2. Dont worry until spring or late winter. you'll still have time to retake twice if you take it then. But make sure to take the PSAT in the fall. Study starting about two weeks before you test.
