When should I buy skis?

I've recently bought these skis from ebay http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&item=330198987690&_trksid=p3984.cWON.m313.lVI and they where pretty good for begginers to intermediate.But now im thinking on going to the park to do some rails and try to learn how to do jumps.Since I've already bought a pair of skis i will need to wait until about mid november to december to get a good park/pipe skis.Will the skis be expensive during that time?

I would wait till summer or the end of the ski season because thats when all the pure ski retailers have all there sales because they get no buisness in the summer.

It doesn't matter when to buy them, and you bought some small skis.  And dude, you need to see if there are any good park skis that fit you.  Look at the ARMADA Coda Junior.  I ride that ski, it's sick.

the new Skis are most expensive right before the ski season, when everybody is thinking about skiing.  If your going to buy new skis, look this spring.  most stores are trying to clear their winter inventory for the summer. you can get new last years ski for alot less than they were in the fall.

another option is to look for used ski at a ski swap.  you can find really good deals on high quality used gear.  you can also sell the skis you just bought there if you want to. or trade them in.

I would take your begginer skiis and sell them either in the newspaper, online, or to a used sports store which cannot be too hard to find.  

You should be looking for newer and better skiis right now. I jsut got a new snowboard for about 300$ off the regular price. Sports stores are looking to switch their inventory to spring and summer sports now and need to get rid of their brand new top of the line winter equipment. X-treme sport stores are switching over to skateboarding and biking now and also need to get rid of their terrain park equipment. Get shopping !!!
