When should I contact this principle from the high school?

I went back last month or two months ago to get a envelope which had information. Their school starts on Aug 30 and keep in mind this is a Muslim school. The principle hasn't spoken to me since via email since June. I was wondering when I should contact her back again because I did not take my test so they know what math class I should go or english placement. Also, we did not discuss how much my dad should pay also. What should I say to her via email and when should I contact her? their known for being slightly unorganized and she keeps forgetting my information

let your parents handle it.  I know from personal experience how unorganized islamic schools can be and often getting them to do anything quickly is like pulling teeth without anesthesia.  Most likely your parents will have to contact them more than once to get the final answer.  good luck
