SO I like this girl at school and I'm pretty sure she likes me but I dunno like today I was at a friends locker and she came over and said hi but I'm nervous I might get made fun of cause her friends arn't exactly "cool" kinda like "losers" but not really but anyways when should I ask her out or her phone number?

Take it slow. Become friends and know more about her. Then she will either ease up and tell you the # herself, or you can ask once you all are friends. take baby steps. Once you have talked in person a lot, and on the phone then ask her out.
