When should I expect to start again?

I had my baby July 17th and I'm wondering when should I expect my period? I stopped bleeding from the delivery about 2 weeks ago

Aww, July 17th is our wedding anniversary (2006)

Anyway, to answer your question:

... are you breast feeding? if so, you might not get your period until your baby is weaned from the breast! But still continue to use birth control, you can still become pregnant even if you're not getting a regular period ...

I didn't breastfeed my baby, got my period 12 weeks after she was born.

I delivered February 4 and still haven't had a period (not breastfeeding), it varies from person to person.

And no, I'm not pregnant, just lucky I guess.

I delivered on June 11th and i still haven't had a period! All women are different, but usually around 2 months!

Congratulations on the birth of your baby! I got my period when my baby was around 12 weeks old. I was exclusively breastfeeding, but my daughter was sleeping through the night. I got them again 6 weeks later and haven’t had them since. It’s been 8 weeks now, and I’m not pregnant. I recently asked the girls in my mothers’ group this same question, and the answers were all very different. I'm sure they'll come when your body's ready...
