  1. you must wait at least 10 days, then you can file a dispute

  2. You have to wait 8-10 days before you can file a dispute. You should always allow 7-10 days after you pay to receive an item. Sellers usually ship 1-4 days after you pay, and then depending on the shipping service it could take another 2-14 days to receive the item. Expecting an item in 3 days is ridiculous and outrageous, and that's probably why the seller hasn't responded to you.

  3. You are being unreasonable - I'm not sure if this is a joke, as you haven't even allowed enough time for the post to reach you.

The answer is in eBay's terms and conditions.

  4. Be patient...Sellers have 7 days to dispatch your product, just as you have 7 days to pay for it....this is unless it is stated otherwise in the listing.

Also check the method of posting...Mail Services can vary in reliability and considering you only won the product 2 days ago, opening any kind of dispute would just be silly and cause you to get negative feedback.

  5. Try  calling the company and tell them your problem and if they didnt pick up call the police maybe they robbed you

Really I have nevered encountered this problem.

  6. Youd kidding, right?  You won it two days ago and your considering filing a dispute?  Be patient!  Typically, I give the seller at least a week to either respond or to send the item!  Even ordering soemthing from a normal on-line store takes time (unless you pay for express shipping).  In addition, eBay won't even allow you to file a dispute for, I beleive, 10 days.  I've only done it once, as a seller for a buyer who would not pay for the item they won.  And I gave her many chances before I had to cancel the transaction and give her negative feedback.  Give it a little more time.  I bet you won't have any problems.

  7. 2 DAYS IS NOT EOUGH TIME, DONT WORY IT WILL COME

  8. it is now august 6 2 days is not enough time to get the product.   if you paid by pay pal,  make sure the funds have cleared.  Sometimes pay pal will hold the funds for several days before sending it to the sellers.  (this happened to me on some Giant Football Tickets.)

once the funds have cleared,  wait about one week for shipment.

  9. I would file right away. But I will tell you now E-Bay will not do anything for you. Their rules are set up to only protect the seller. The sellers are the ones that make them money. I hope you paid thru Pay-Pal that is you only hope of getting your money back if this seller is a con artist.

  10. I would wait at least one week. It's possible they are out of town. Do they have good feedback otherwise. Sometimes, sellers won't even contact you at all. You just get an automated response to pay. I buy stuff on ebay and have gotten things from sellers like that. Wait a week and see if they get back to you or if you get your item. Although, sometimes it can take a little longer than a week for shipping.
