  1. What are you waiting for an invitation?  OMG!

Call them NOW.  Take a proactive approach.

Find out if they have everything you need to get fin aid in the fall.  Often they can email you what else they need or point you to the schools central finanical aid database to do things on line.

    Modern technology is great.

  2. What normally happens is the school sends you a financial aid award letter which should have on there your scholarship notated on there.

It wouldn't hurt to call the school financial aid office, find out what your status looks like, if they have been notified of the scholarship or even know you have it and if they have sent out the financial aid award letter.

I persoanlly liek to email so that I have documentation, but calling is the first step because you need to know who your main contact shoudl be in that office before you start to email.

From there you should know what you have available in funds and how many classes you can afford for the Fall and Spring terms.
