When should I start taking my birth control pills? ?

You are supposed to start the Sunday after your period, I got my period today, so do I start this sunday or a week from this sunday??

In order not to throw your cycle all off then you wait til next Sunday. I've been on birth control for many years and at one time I did what your asking and it threw my cycle way off and when I did get it I had way more intense cramps than ever before. So wait til next Sunday. Then use a condom for the first week to make sure the pill is entirely in your system.

Yes, you should start this Sunday so that you start off a fresh week...besides it's much easier to keep up with that way!
