Question:

When should I take N.O. Xplode?

I have a weight lifting class, but everytime before we weightlift we have to run four laps around the track (a mile). I was wondering when would be the BEST time to take the N.O. Xplode so it has the best effect without making me faint? Thanks, and please, only serious answers:-)

  2. Don't take it.  While there is both anecdotal and 'scientific' evidence that supports N.O. Xplode's claims, its more important to eat properly and develop self-motivation.  Supplements like N.O. Xplode often can wreak havoc on the body, particularly if you don't follow the directions to the letter.  These products act like a drug, dulling some senses and 'raising' others.  I've seen this lead to injury and hinder long term performance.  In the short term these supplements are great and often do exactly what they claim, but over the long run you either need to continue using to see the same results, or move on to other, more potent supplements.  I'd suggest just working hard and pushing yourself.  You may not get the same 'pump' feeling but you'll be doing more to actually improve your body.
