Question:

When should I take a pregnancy test?

I should have gotten my period three days ago. I have been feeling nauseous at random times of the day (but that could just be stress right?). My nipples are really sore (but that could mean I'm about to start my period right?) I have trouble going to sleep, but I have that all the time.

At what point should I take a test? Like a week after my missed period?

  1. if your period is already late take a test now, it should show positiv eby now. and use first morning urine as it contains the highest levels of the hcg pregnancy hormone. good luck and congrats!!! rule of thumb if you are not--you test the day after your enxt expected period is due if it is negative and no period retest in a few days. if still negative and no period call your doctor and schedule a blood pregnancy test.

  2. Read the label on  the E.P.Test

  3. I'd wait 2 weeks

  4. You can take a test now. it's been three days since u have missed your period. your body might not have enough hcg for a test to detect tho. if u get a neg and still not period after a week missed period, test again. use first morning urine.

  5. Most pregnancy test will be  or claim to be accurate from the first day of your missed period.  I got pregnant through IVF so I knew exact day of conception and the test (just off shelf at supermarket) showed positive eight days after conception which was six days before the first missed day.  Just be ware it is different for each individual as its all based on the hormone levels.  If the test shows positive you are almost certainly pregnant.  If it shows negative give it another try in a couple of days.  Good luck for the test to read whatever you want it to read.
