  1. if crane using regularly more then 8 hrs test should be every 4 months

    8 months and full sevice at 12 months............

    Load Testing Services    

    ACECO provides inhouse vertical load testing services for load bearing equipment.

    Examples of equipment that can be load tested:

         • Below the hook lifting devices

         • Hoists

         • Hooks

    • Testing can be performed to meet ASME B30.20, B30.10,    and B30.16 as well as ANSI N14.6.

    • Standard inhouse 50 ton load testing capacity.

    • Ability to test higher load capacity devices (Up to    5,000,000 pounds).

    • Have tested up to 640,000 pounds (320 tons).

    • Engineering & manufacturing available to provide lift fixtures    for test purposes.

    • Can provide nondestructive testing of critical welds and    critical locations.

    • Inhouse capability to make weld repairs using AWS D1.1    qualified procedures and welders.

    • Calibrated test weights available.

    • Testing can be performed in accordance with    10CFR50,Appendix B Quality Program.

    • Certificates of Test and/or Test Reports can be provided.
