When should a dec 2005 born baby go school?

My daughter's dob is 8th dec2005. I am confused when to send her in prenursery in a 3 years preschool system. though she is not talking clearly till now, but she is sharp. If we send her to prenursery next year then she will be 6+ when she will be going to class one. Will she get any maturity advantage then? Want advise on what december born childrens do normally regarding admission in school. Thank You.

She is at the right age to start preschool. Particularly if she is an only child. She will learn faster being around other children. you will probably see great strides in her maturity the more she is around other children. Be very careful in choosing, but I think now is the time.

Actually if she is born between the months of aug. to nov. she will most likely become ready for pre-k, if she is late the or born in winter or spring then at the age of 4 she will become ready for pre-k....

Just go backwards if born late start with senior year... 12grade -start 17 turn 18years old =12g-18y, 11g-17y, 10g-16y, 9g-15y, 8-14y, 7g-13y, 6g-12y, 5g-11y, 4g-10y, 3g-9y, 2g-8y, 1g-7y, k-6y, pre-k-5y. so pre-k start her at 4... again if she is born in aug or between nov. start her a 3

Sounds like she is at the right age now.  Most children start preschool from 3-4 years old and kindergarten at 5 years old.
