  1. Therapy is something that just helps all around.  Our lives are so garbled up with things that we never planned on dealing with, let alone know how to deal with them.  For the most part we go about day to day life w/ the knowledge of how to get through each day.  Sometimes, however, we get overwhelmed w/ current life or even past life.  It is then that the time to seek counseling is something that does the most benefit.  However, just seeing one every once in a while is also good, even when not suffering from trouble.  Its a rough world on us all, sometimes a soft pillow to land on just helps us get through the tuff times.  


  2. I think everyone should see a counselor once in a while...even if nothing is worng...it really helps to ease your soul

  3. once you start trying to gauge your mental health by asking 13 yr olds on yahoo answers, you KNOW it's time to start seeing a shrink.  

  4. There is no "right time."  When you feel you need help, or just someone to talk to, thats when you should make an appointment.
