  1. start now! get some of the basics, also go 1 week before school and then go again when school starts .. its shopping!!! have fun ;)

Go as soon as you can.  Stores tend to run out of the stuff you will need closer to Labor day.  For school supplies, check out Walmart.  They have everything you need for school at cheaper prices.  I don't know what your favorite clothes store is but go there and ask when their sales are to get an idea or check out their website.  Hope this helps.

  4. About 2 or 3 weeks before because thats when stuff will be on sale for back to school
