It depends on when you filed.  If you filed early enough for your return to have been processed by April 15th, you'll get it with the July 4 round of checks.  If you sent it late enough that it wasn't processed by that time it will probably be sometime after the end of July.

It should be mailed by 7/4 if you filed in time to make the first round of payments

Note that it will take the Postal Service a few days to deliver it after it is mailed, so if it is mailed on 7/4 (a legal holiday), you may not get it until early in the week of 7/7.

Some rebate checks in a given SSN range go out earlier in the week, but there does not appear to be any recognizable pattern to predict which checks get mailed out earlier in the week.
