When should i feed them.?

i am getting a chick from my bff who lives on a farm i know that you feed thm chick crumbs but when should i feed it every 2 houres or something i already have 3 older chickens i hav had chickens all my life but we rescued them from being battry hens to free range and when we did have chicks it had a mum to look after it.

p.s its gona be 2 week old

I would keep food down for the Chicks at all times, since they are very fast at growing they will need a constant supply of food.

And do not put the Chicks with other grown Chickens because you will run the risk of the Chicks being injured.

I think the two hiur routine is fine. That is what I have done before with a chick. But if it starts "crying" loudly you might have to feed it more often or if it doesn't want to eat every two hours feed it less often. If you pay attention pretty soon you will tune in on when it needs its food. Good Luck!!!!=D
