Its kinda small, i really dont know, but i dont feel it and its not getting bigger. I really hate the dentist and i think i have more than one cavity. If i could i would try treating it at home, but i dont know how. When should i go to the dentist? Do i even have to?

  1. You should go to a dentist as soon as possible because though you probably can't notice it, it's probably getting bigger and could get worse and you have to have it pulled. There are no real home remedies for cavities (save pulling out the whole tooth) Most people don't like the dentist because it hurts. With cavities you usually have to get a shot of novacaine in your gums and its generally uncomfortable. If that's your reasoning try a laser dentist. They're not expensive at all and no anesthetics are required. It's very safe. They shoot a low-power laser in combination with a water jet at the effected area and it literally gets rid of all the decay without getting rid of part of your healthy tooth. When dentists use drills they end up drilling away part of your healthy tooth. Also drills are hot and vibrate which can easily crack your tooth.

  2. Once a cavity develops, it will keep growing and if you do not get the decay removed & the tooth filled, you will need even more painful dental treatment (root canals or tooth extraction). I have had root canal and trust me, you do NOT want one. I suggest going to the dentist and having the cavity dealt with. Phone the dentist and tell them you think you have a cavity that needs filling, or simply ask for a check up, where they can see for themselves.

  3. Do you have smelly feet too?

  4. Go as soon as you can.  Small cavities are easier to fix, and if left alone too long it could turn into something worse.  If you don't lioke your dentist, perhaps you could find another one.
