When should i start applying for HSMP?

I am currently on student visa expiring in April 2009. I would like to apply for HSMP before my student visa expire. How much in advance can i start applying? many thanks

  1. At present the waiting time is 14 weeks for Tier 1 (General), so u can plan accordingly.
