i dont know exactly how old they are, but they look to be about 3-4 (five at the most) months old and i was wondering when i should take them to the vet to get their shots and get them spayed/neutered. I was also wondering how much it would cost and how the whole process goes.

  1. usually the first vet visit should be between 4-12 weeks.  But that doesn't mean they can't go in for the 1st trip at 3-4mths!

My vet's office had a "kitten package" which included all his shots, meds & office visits for about $100.  Neutering, I think was about $50.  Spaying is more because it's invasive.  I also microchipped my kitty during the neutering trip, it was an extra 10-15 i think.  worth it ifhe should ever get lost!

  2. after 4 weeks let them check them p make sure there okay n healthy

  3. 6-weeks is what vets suggest so they are weined and will be large enough and strong enough for the exam and shots.

  4. !!! Uhhh you should have already taken them to the vet for their first shots, an exam, etc. Get them in SOON...ever heard of feline leukemia??? What are you waiting for??

  5. You can take your kitties to the vet now to get them vaccinated. I also recommend getting the females spayed before 51/2-6 months old because it is more expensive to spay them after they go into heat. There are also higher risks to spay a cat in heat or one that has already begin its estrus cycles.
