When should i work out morning or night?

hi~ Sadly im 149 pounds right now

i want to start working out so that i can have a good senior year

but im not sure when i should start working out.. i have 1 month til school starts!!! HELP plz

should i work out after i eat all my meals ~ breakfast lunch and dinner?

or before all of that during 7 o clock AM or something like that..

if i eat and workout i'll be hungry again..

if i workout and eat.. then my body will be hungry and tired

so im taking for fat in from what i eat even though i juz eat normal food

rice and kimchi << yes im korean but fattening stuff some cases :P and snacks

lol~ if you get my point please post as much as possible ;(

thinking of dancing to lose weight.. like hip hop abs << if u heard of it

or can you tell me how i can lose A LOT of weight real fast ..just at home?? not going out x.x i have a tredmill but itz boring. i need a fun way TY

  1. For maintaining good health and peaceful life, old saying depicts “ Early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise”.

    You need to change lifestyle, eating habits, and do some exercises/ yoga. First of all you do ten sun solutions and there after lye down on floor or hard bed and make big zero by rotating your both the legs in clock wise and anti-clockwise direction and do Urdhvahastottanasana Ek Pad Utanasana and Pawan mukta asanas. Stop taking junk and spicy food, deep-fry food, processed food, ice cream, high fat diets chocolates, sweets, wafers and high carbohydrate food like potatoes, rice and pasta as these items lose nutrition balance and causes deposition of excess fat on body. Eating too much than the required amount of dietary intake may also cause obesity. I f you do not know to do the asanas you can take the help of ebooks for other system for loosing weight and diet supplements.  


  2. Morning...you should always eat after you work out...your body continues to metabolize and burn calories after you stop working out as it cools down, so you work out first then eat later..and bc you are hot and stuff, you dont feel as hungry therefore you dont over eat!

  3. yeah I know, when I work out I get hungry after too, but as far as I can tell before bed is the best, if you can do it both morning and night it would be good. And as for fun working out without leaving your house, I doubt its possible, I mean crank up the tunes and go crazy, thats about it. hip hop abs is cool tho, or you can go swimming, that helps too, theres lots you can do but as for having fun working out in your house, its very limited. I like to work out while watching never back down, they work out in the movie and its a good movie, it helps me.

  4. There&#039;s no way to lose tons of weight real fast unless you go on some sort of crazily unhealthy diet and/or not eating. If you want to lose some weight I would recommend buying some Tae-Bo tapes. They&#039;re actually pretty fun. I&#039;d also recommend having set meal times with small snacks (plain celery is probably best b/c you burn more calories digesting it than are in it). Eat before you work out and drink plenty of water if you sweat a lot.

    So go pick up some Tae-Bo tapes. You&#039;ll lose weight and build some slight muscle tone.
