When should my passport arrive?

I sent it two days ago, to the Newport UK Passport Office, and I only live a few streets away from it, will this make the process quicker? And will it take 2 or 3 weeks?

I think you would have done better if you had took it to there offices, then enquiries could have told you when to pick it up,the thing about sending in a form is if it is not filled in right, then they will send it back to you, I took mine to the post office and paid £7 for them to check it,I got it back in about nine days, I don't think you have to Waite to long.

sorry but your still going to have to wait the two to three weeks

maybe longer there has been a strike recently
