I am 21 and have done 2 months of free hand exercise and 1 month of weight training. Can I start takin supplements lyk whey protein now??

  3. Weigh protein is just adding more protein to your diet.  If your trying to bulk up you should try and take 1 gram of protein per pound you weigh.  It's not like creatine or pro hormones.  Protein is needed in order for your muscles to grow.  If you have a good lifting regiment go for it.
