When should we get flowers for my graduation?

My eighth grade promotion is early in the morning on Tuesday the 17th, and my mom will be getting be a bouquet. She is planning to purchase the flowers the day before, which is tomorrow. Should she buy them in the morning or at night on Monday?

Also, how long will the bouquet last without any special care after the ceremony?

I just believe the flowers will be the same freshness if she buys them in the morning or at night.  The thing is if you have a place that is cool to keep them.  So if not get them at night.  I suppose she has already ordered them and they will be waiting for you.  If not, you need to do that early and pick them up late.  I have kept flowers like that in the refrigerator for quite a while, but we have to face the facts that they will all wilt after a time.  Then you can dry it and save it,
