  1. 4-6 weeks before you wedding for intown guests and like 8 weeks for your out of state/town guests is a good time to send them out. Make sure you put a respond by date on the resond card so you can get an accurate head count.

  2. I think at LEAST 1 month before the wedding...

so they can register, RSVP, get a gift...but no less then 4 weeks ...

    Congratulations...and Good Luck

  3. I did mine 8 weeks before.

  4. 2-3 months :)

  5. We did ours 4 months before. Not too far in advance to where ppl would forget but not too soon to where they would have other plans

  6. My wedding date is 10/04/08, and my invitations are going out in the mail on the weekend of 08/16/08.  That is approximately six weeks before the wedding date.  I think four to six weeks is the norm.

  8. At least two months before your wedding date. :-)

  9. 6 to 8 weeks prior to the wedding date

  10. If I remember correctly, the books I read said 6-8 weeks before the date.

  11. I sent mine out 8 weeks before.

  12. 6-8 weeks before is the norm.

If your having the wedding on a day where most people will have to get the day off work, I'd definitely go with at least 8 weeks before the wedding. The same for if you are inviting a lot of out of town guests that will have to travel.

  13. I actually just sent out my invitations today. we are getting married in 44 days; about 6 weeks from today.
