  1. Generally, what's on top leaves first, for obvious reasons. Meds are tricky, though, since liquid meds will mix up with the rest of what's in your stomach, or pills can dissolve and move. Depending on how long after taking them you threw up, how much came out and what you took, you may or may not need to take them again. I've been told generally that no, you don't retake them, but your doctor may feel differently about your particular meds. If it's not on the bottle, and you don't remember what the doc said, contact a 24hr pharmacy or clinic, or as a last resort, the ER.

I guess it also depends on what the meds are treating... if it's like a crucial body system or keeps you alive, you'd probably want to find out ASAP. If it's like an allergy pill, you might live until tomorrow. Good luck.

  2. that depends, how long did you take the medicine before you threw up? if it was a long time, it was probably absorbed into your bloodstream long before you threw up. as far as i know you dont throw things up in "order". that's just, lol.

  3. It depends entirely on the length of time each were in your stomach.  Medications tend to dissolve and enter the bloodstream fairly quickly, so it would depend.  Did the medication have a hard coating? Hard coatings generally take a little longer to enter the bloodstream than something without a coating.

For the food question, if you ate a banana and then, an hour later, ate the apple, you *could* just vomit up the apple and maybe a little of the banana.  Again, it depends on what the food is, the amount of time it was in your stomach, and whether or not you were sick before you ate the food.
