  1. same day if it is same bank ie intrabank. and

if it is interbank than it may take 2 working days.

  2. Banks are guided by Central Bank guidelines.

    1.  Home Transfers (meaning same bank but different accounts) anywhere in a country do take few hours to materialise.

    2. Local Transfers (meaning different banks within a State) takes 24 hours as it has to go through clearing.

    3. Inter Region Transfers (meaning different banks in a country) normally takes 3 days, excepting the date of  deposit as it has to go through courier.

You are free to withdraw once your bankers confirm receipt of  funds in your account

  3. Depends.  If it's the same bank then you may get it the same day but normally bank transfers take up to 3 working days for the money to appear in your account.

  4. I get mine straight away.. Natwest > Halifax. £1000 amonth.

There might be a few minute delay, but nothing as long as that.

But it might be different between each bank and depending on their personal security service.

  6. if  you dont have a negative on your account, you will get it the same day, or at that moment. If its cash especially, if its a check the same day, most of the time.

  7. It really does depend.  Yesterday evening my sister transferred money into my account and I was amazed that I had received it within a few hours.  However on other occasions it has taken up to 3 days.
