When someone calls you a s**t, what should you make of that?

I can understand calling a girl a s**t, but I mean, calling a GUY a s**t? I am into fashion, i look good, and sometimes I dress really nice, and I was walking by these group of people and some guys, and one of them just looked at me and went "s**t!"

lolol. I was literally almost laughing.

To me, that was out of either hate, jealousy, or maybe I looked trashy or whatever, who knows.

But usually when someone calls you a s**t,

what does that mean? Is that a bad thing, or a good thing, or a jealousy thing, or what? lol.

You know, it pisses me off.  It's the ultimate insult to a woman.  Now if a woman sleeps around and has no respect for herself, then it is what it is, but some people just use that word to hurt you.  And for some men, it's sooo easy to believe that a woman is a s**t.  People always believe the man.  I've been called that before, and I was a virgin at the time, so I know how much it hurts, and I know how "off" it can be (uncharacteristic of who you really are).  I'd really HATE to be viewed that way.  Call me stupid, call me anything but s**t or anything synonomous with it.

Coming from a woman, it's either jealousy, insecurity or she sees you as a threat.  Sometimes, she may really view you as a s**t, it all depends on how you carry yourself and your behavior.  I've called women s***s before (ex. Kim Kardishian--for showing her "birth canal" on camera in a s*x tape and then accepting money for it).  

Its definitely not a good thing, but you have to consider who it's coming from.

I think those guys thought you have a lot of lovers since you probably looked good to them, and they also probably thought that you have a lot of s*x. So I think that why they called you a s**t.

This is a very good question. The word is for someone who sleeps and round a lot. But, hack people use it out of term a lot. These days everyone has their own mean for so many words. When you r in a fight you use word but, it does not really mean that person is what you said you were just mad.

But, in this case who no what or why he said what he did. If you don't no him I would not even worry about it. It only matter that that the true people in your life knows who you really are.... Right....  :)

How is being a s**t a bad thing? You sleep with a lot of people. Its fun. People are just jealous or have insane leftover christian morals that they need to grow out of.

You probably looked really put together, so they assumed it was for attracting mates. Maybe you looked so good that they figured you had lots of lovers. Maybe they were just hanging out and one dared the other one to call the next person who walked in front of them a "s!ut". You never know with these things. I'd ask a close friend to make sure I'm not walking around looking like a jiggalo.

Being called a 's**t' isn't a good thing, in my opinion. But I guess those guys were just jealous of you.. though I don't see why someone would call a guy a "s**t" haha
