When someone gives one a warning, should they not make all the details clear?

Personally I like being warned of danger........but I want to know the whole who, what, when, where, why and how of said danger.......

Good question but......you are about to be run over.... so do you want to debate the issue before you step back onto the footpath, or step back when I yell out a warning.

Of course they do need if it is possible. In some cases it's not practical to give details of warning.
