  1. A girl who is a tranny was born a male. What makes her a tranny is the fact that she had a surgery to remove his p***s and make a v****a. She will probably also have breast implants. So its basically a man who has had surgeries to transform himself into a women.

  2. I think it could mean they were born either a female or male. Its very confusing to try and figure out, so I just go by whatever gender they refer to themselves as.

However, not all transexual people get surgery or change their appearance.

  3. I e-mailed you an answer to part of your question.

Technology hasn't advanced to the point where we can have children yet.  But I would estimate that in about 20-25 years it will be possible.  However, the ability to give birth should not be used against us as there are many natal women who are unable to conceive.  As a matter of fact some natal women are even born without a v****a.  It's true!  Google MRKH syndrome.  Those women get surgery very similar to our SRS to create a v****a.

You need to put all that aside and take a big step back.  The real point people should take away from this is that much diversity exists in our species.  Nobody is 100% male or female.  There are all sorts of combinations and conditions from one end of the spectrum to the other.  There is nothing wrong with being born g*y, L*****n, transgender, transsexual, intersex or some combination thereof.  These are all naturally occurring variations in our species.

People need to learn to respect diversity.  This diversity is NOT at odds with religion either, diversity is God given.  It's is only human folly and ignorance that tries to paint everything as black and white.  Nature and God do not work that way.

  4. The actual term used is transsexual woman.  In the English language, woman and female do not mean the same thing, despite being used interchangeably by so many people.  Woman or man refers to the social role, the lifestyle.  Male or female refers to the parts below, the biological role if you will.  A transsexual can be fully woman, but at this point, never fully female.  The term "transsexual female" is a misuse of terminology.

A transsexual woman is a woman wrongly born with male parts and who needs this condition fixed.  It is the brain and not the genitals which determines what you are.  Transsexuals are not men who become women or vice-versa, but women who correct their birth defect.  It is degrading to refer to a transsexual as a "man who become a woman."  No, her right to be a woman came from birth.  She was just born with the wrong parts.  When the brain and genitals are at odds, it is the brain which takes precedence, and a person should be recognized by their brain, not their parts.

Someone with the birth defect of transsexualism is not the same as someone who is "transgendered" and does not have this birth defect, but who merely pretends to be a woman and enjoys keeping their original parts.  While the goal of transsexuals is to get corrective surgery and completely assimilate, transgenders tend to feel comfortable in a half and half state and tend to turn their noses up at society and support things which most in society supports.  Because of this, it is insulting and disrespectful to ever refer to a transsexual (has this birth defect) as a transgender (a member of the 3rd s*x or a man who lives wrongly as a woman and enjoys having male parts).

Sadly, transsexual women cannot become pregnant, even after corrective surgery.  This surgery only removes the constant reminders of this painful birth defect and creates usable female genitals.  There are not ovaries, fallopian tubes, cervix, uterus, etc. implanted.  Such a woman must take female hormones for the rest of her life.  Some do get other surgeries such as breast augmentation and facial surgery.  A number of transsexual women opt not to get breast implants due to sufficient results from the hormones.

  5. A trans woman is a woman who was born in the body of a man.

It may sound weird, but... that is...

After a few years of hormonal terapy that makes her body more feminine and less masculine, this woman will be able to pass s*x reassignment surgery in order to become a 100% woman...

The v****a that the surgeon build using the upper part of the p***s, that will work after the operation as a clitoris, is completely undistinguishable from the one of a genetic woman. (Obviously testicles are removed). However it's impossible to build or to transplant ovaries so this woman will not have periods and will not be able to fall pregnant and have a baby...

  6. Technically, a transsexual female identifies as a female, but was born in a male body.  But I don't know the situation that well, so it actually almost sounds like they were born female, but identify male.  I'm not positive.  You'll have to ask them how they identify.  Now to get back to your actual question, a transsexual female was born with male genitals, after surgery, she wants to have female genitals.  I hope I helped you.  And don't let anyone confuse you on what a transsexual female is, compared to a transsexual male.  A transsexual female, a.k.a. a transwoman, identifies as a female, but was born with a male body.  A transsexual male, a.k.a. a transman, identifies male, but was born with a female body.  So that's like if one morning you woke up a woman, but you still identify, or call yourself, a man, you would be a transman.

EDIT:  No, they can't get pregnant and have a child, because they don't get to have the internal organs too.  It's like the equivelent of some kind of ectomy on a woman born in a woman's body. No more kids.  But if we're lucky, someday in the future, us transsexuals will get to have our own kids too. =D

  7. She is a transgendered female not a hermaphrodite who is born with both!!

She will get a s*x change into a man.  Look up Thomas Beattie!

  8. Just wanted to correct a comment above: some transsexual people also happen to be intersex, so its hard to say definitively say what genitals she was born with. But all the same, statistically speaking she was more likely born with typically male genitalia and has already or is currently getting s*x reassignment surgery to get typically female genitalia
