When someone is born on a cusp does that mean they have both traits of each horoscope sign they intersect?

Generally there are five days to each 'cusp' ... 2.5 days on either side of the 'change' from one sign to the next.  People born on the cusp may have traits from both signs, but the closer to the sign their sun is in, the farther away they are from the sign they're next to.  This generally means they have some aspects of both, more or fewer according to where on the 'cusp' they are born.

Yeah it's a mixture of both. I'm on the Virgo/Libra cusp and I have traits of both of them.
