When someone is reported for child pornography

to the authorities (local police, Child Protective Services) what is the process after that. IOW, what are the next steps law enforcement will take and how does law enforcement go about getting evidence while refusing evidence you have that may speed up the case especially when the suspect's "collection" is documented in his e-mail account, perhaps not even on his computer?

I guess I'm so left in the dark that I don't know what steps are being taken to get this guy and am impatient ever since having discovered he'd been photographing his 4-year-old nephew for his pedophile friends having sent these out to exchange them for his preferred fave, 2-5-year-old BLONDE little girls although he appears to have a sizeable stash as it is.

  1. Jail.

  2. The first thing that you need to do, is get a copy of his "child porno" and carry it to the authorities.  Then they will arrest and question him.  Unfortunately, there needs to be succifient evidence of the molestation or else a case cannot be made against him.

You will also be questioned, as the police will querry how you obtained such accusations. I suggest that you do not alert the man who is molesting the children, as he will dispose of the tapes/pictures or even intimidate the child so that they won't testify.

I do not know you, nor the accused gentleman, so I am not biased in this situation.  However if it is going on, then he will be sent to jail for atleast fifteen years --depending on state law-- if convicted guilty.

    Best of luck.

  3. I have a baseball bat and would love to take care of your problem for you

  4. Cops are too busy delivering packages of marijuana to innocent citizens so they can bust down their door and shoot their pets.

  5. i would love to handle this for yoou

  6. I'm sure a search warrant will probably be issued for the computer, followed by subpoenas being issued to his internet service providers to check his browsing history to see what websites he's been viewing.  If you have access to his computer, then take it to the police!
