  1. This is a hapkido technique I use. Reach up their back and pull the front of the hair back and down while you push grab their knee and use your thumb to push the pressure point on the back of their knee hard and pull the hair and push the point to make them fall back.

But remember as soon as they start falling move outta the way or you will go down too.

    Hope that helps

  2. I wonder what type of situation you are expecting to find yourself in this position, since the type of situation determines the type of execution, which in turn would determine the escape options

chicken wings can vary from simple horsing around to "i'm gonna snap your arm off"

the main difference being how severe the bend of the arm is, as well as the violence with which's it's being applied

the "horsing around" type can sometimes be simply countered by using surprise to straighen your arm at the right moment and wriggling it free (though this may not work twice on the same person)

but for more serious types, your only defense may just to not get in it ,and you certainly couldn't learn to get out just from yahoo answers; if you have serious safety concerns, it's best to seek out some practical self defense training

seeing how I don't know any details of the situation your asking about (ie: your respective body sizes, whether you're standing or on the floor/mat, whether or not you're playing around, etc.) here are some general principles:

in general the "way out" of most holds is away from the force being applied

the power of this hold comes from the fact that your arm is being bent, so the escape would involve finding a way to straighten it; the skill of the person applying the hold will be reflected in his/her ability to counter your attempts to escape

    the sooner you attempt your escape, the better chance of success;

here's the "chess game": the other person wants to get your hand as close to the shoulder blade on the same side as he can, the closer it gets, the more in control he is, and the harder it will be to escape; conversely, the further you can keep your hand from that shoulder blade, the more strength and mobility you can use to bring about your escape

the more time you spend grappling, or just horsing around, the better you'll learn how to move your body in relation to another's, in order to play these sorts of "chess" games

self defense tip: use attacks to vulnerable areas in to distract the opponent and enhance the "surprise" factor in the escape

  3. bite kick scrath pull hair eye gouge.. whatever gets you out... r u talking with rules? cause i never play by the rules..

  4. define chicken wing. there are techniques in catch wrestling and shootwrestling called chicken wings...but most people dont know that.

the best way to get out of any hold is to not get in it in the first place. as silly as that sounds..its the simple truth.

largely practice getting out of it, or not getting into it and see what you come up with.

  5. Just put a little hot sauce on it!!!!!!!

  6. Cook Time: 45 minutes

    Ingredients:

1 cup cayenne pepper sauce (hot sauce)

    1 teaspoon garlic salt

    24 chicken drummettes

    2 Tablespoons butter or margarine

1 cup Original Bisquick® baking mix

    3/4 teaspoon onion salt

    1/2 teaspoon pepper

    1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

    Blue cheese dressing

    Preparation:

Stir together hot sauce and garlic salt until blended. Pour over drummettes. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours but no longer than 24 hours.

Heat oven to 450 degrees F.

Melt butter or margarine in jelly roll pan, 15-1/2 x 10-1/2 x 1 inch, in oven. Stir together Bisquick® mix, onion salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper. Remove chicken wings from sauce and discard sauce. Coat chicken with Bisquick® mixture. Place in single layer in pan.

Bake 25 minutes. Turn and bake an additional 20 to 25 minutes or until chicken is golden brown and juice is no longer pink when centers of pieces are cut. Serve with blue cheese dressing.

    Yield: 24 chicken drummettes

Note: Buffalo Chicken Wings are traditionally served with blue cheese dressing and celery sticks.

  7. try to crawl with you fingers forward, and generally just move your arm forward, another option is to jerk that shoulder that they have trapped back to create some space, try and really throw it back, hit them with it if you can and then swim you arm forward and out, like you would if you where swimming freestyle

  8. take the heal of your shoe and drive it down as hard as you can onto the top of his foot.
