How long do I have to keep his stuff he was arrested for assult and I have a no contact order on him.

  1. Depends on the state, here once he's been arrested, thats automatic grounds for eviction, toss his stuff in the street


  2. Keep the paperwork for the time you live within range of the person who assaulted you.   It is always  a good idea to keep documentation of  any important event.  Consider reinforcing your doors with dead bolt locks.  Even if this event is over. It would be worth the peace of mind.

  3. I suggest you contact the police. They can over see him moving his stuff out while you are gone.

    If you just throw his stuff out....he can and will sue you for the value of his stuff.
