  1. You see first that which isn't there, that what you desire, then you will eventually see the truth.

At first you will be blinded to the truth, only seeing what you want to see but slowly beginning to open your eyes to the truth that was in front of you the whole time.

  2. When staring at the unknown you do not know what you see and therefore you try and make sense out of the sight by analyzing the picture based on what you know of nature and of life.

As for reality, the empiricists would tell you that your experience leads you in this matter. the Existentialist would tell you that you try and figure out the form behind the matter as soon as you look upon the world. But, I think the psychologist would tell you thatyoure ego and your id fight this out with your superego to form a perception that becomes you reality, perhaps tainted by emotion andpossiblee transferences from past similar stimuli.

  3. when you see it physically, your heart often lies to you.

  4. When looking up at the stars, for instance, I see the stars and moon, shooting stars, dark clouds passing by and this paints the picture of mystery and beauty. It is seeing what is actually "there" with the naked eye.  This, alone, with all it's splendor, challenges the soul to dream and  become serene.  So, actuality begets wonderment and wonderment breathes life into fantasy which can be a predecessor to vision. Vision is what keeps the world moving forward.
