  1. No, it isn't practical and nobody will want to work for a company that doesn't pay.


  2. ~~It's not only unpractical but illegal. You better check your state's requirements also. In California you are not able to employ anyone without carrying Workers Compensation Insurance, which is another great expense.. You need to do some checking so you do not get yourself in any kind of trouble. Good luck with your new venture.~~
