33% each? 50 25 25 becuase they are together. I dont want to get "ganged up" on

i would think 33% each because what are you going to do if they split up?  if they were to get married then i might say 50 25 25

1/3 each unless they're married.  You probably will get ganged up on if they have a bad break up!  Keep it fair and that way you don't get clothes-lined in the event that things go awry.  Don't be greedy, just be smart.  You wouldn't have asked the question if you didn't have your doubts about it, and with good reason.

The simple way would be to split it equally three way's, unless you are the primary owner.
