Question:

When starting up Windows XP

When starting up Windows XP - the process stops and I get the message C0000135 application failed because user32.dll wasnot found.

I have tried to start in safe mode but the same problem re-appears. ie: computer will not start in safe mode.

Any suggestions, please.
