  1. I bet your an 12 year old who watched Never Back Down aren't you?

  2. Uh... Wel by the sounds of it, you either need to train your wording goodly skills, and getting punched in the head may not be the best thing for you. Seriously, type properly. Its annoying.... Though on a serious note, Bodyweight exercises, weight exercises, stretching, common sence really. To train, just train.

  3. I don't care if this is spam, I just need to say this. Learn to spell!

  4. I would have to say study your form (your punches, kicks hold, take Downs)  The general idea behind any martial art is repetition.  It takes the practice of any movement or serious of moves 1,000 times or more it to become muscle memory.

For your fight since you are new to the MMA world I would say practice how to punch.  Stand in front of a mirror and practice where on the body you want your fists to land.

    Hope that helps

  5. stretching is foremost in martial arts.  It allows for quick movements and higher kicks and exertion without injury.  As far as strength, build your core, lower back and abs.
