When swimming and doing laps ...what muscles are used?

if i continue will these muscles become stronger and start to become visible?

  1. well it really depends on which strokes you are doing, if you do an even amount of each of the strokes it should really work almost all of your muscles. And you those muscles will become more visable but it will take a while, maybe even months but good luck.


  2. You use probably almost all muscles.  Especially arm/shoulder muscles.  That's why swimmers are told to lift weights because, believe it or not, it prevents injuries.  

    And most likely, just swimming will not make these muscles visible.  If you want them visible, like I said, lift weights every other day.

  3. what muscles arent used have u noticed how ur ENTIRE body hurts after swimming all day

  4. the most muscles are used in the leg and the armand if you continue it will bacome stronger and visible if you very perfect continue and the first good luck
