When switching (high) schools, what bills do they ask for?

At my hs it's water and or electric bills.

If it's to determine residency status, they will usually ask for a utility bill (water, electric, gas).  Because someone actually has to go to the residence to turn those things on. Other bills can be temporarily routed to an address where you don't actually live, so those bills aren't usually considered proof of residence.

I bet someone at the school you are switching to would be able to answer that question.

Maybe you called after hours or something.  Call again during school hours.

What do you mean what bills?? I have switched schools like crazy all throughout my life and I have never heard of them asking for bills....
